Intervention in precarious environment

Commanding Medical Officer to the fire fighters of my  département (80), member of GRIMP (reconnaissance and intervention group in hazardous environments), a colleague from another département showed me a knife "in a real-life situation" during a complex intervention (burglary on the motorway). 
Impressive efficiency! (no one got euthanized).
