ARTICLE 2: CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT AND ORDERS

2.1 Rates
The on-line sale prices of products on the internet site of WILDSTEER, are shown in euros, these prices are valid at the time of the establishment of the order form by the buyer.
They do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of purchased items according to the geographical zone of the shipping address. Shipping costs are clearly shown before the order is confirmed by the buyer.
2.2 Product features
In accordance with article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, the buyer can, before ordering, become acquainted, on the WILDSTEER site, with the essential characteristics of the products he/she wishes to order.
The photographs, graphics and description of proposed products for sale are only given as an indication and do not commit the seller.
2.3 Orders
All orders imply the strict and unreserved compliance with the present sales terms. All disagreements concerning the sale will be subject to French law and dealt with by the Saint Etienne Court.
The buyer declares having read and accepted the present general sales terms when confirming the order.
The sale of knives, daggers etc is prohibited to under 18's/ minors.
The sale will only be considered definitive when the buyer's the order has been confirmed by WILDSTEER by e-mail and the payment has been received in full. Unless otherwise proven, the data recorded by WILDTSSER constitute the proof of the transaction carried out between WILDSTEER and its customers. Wildsteer advises buyers to keep a record of this information on paper or on their computer.

ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full when buyer is ordering. At no time can sums paid be considered as a deposit or down-payment.
All orders are payable in euros. To pay, the buyer can use the following means: Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Carte Bleue), a bank cheque postal or bank transfer.
Wildsteer reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/ or delivery, of any kind and at any stage, in the case of non payment of the total owed by the buyer or in the case of a payment incident.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information about your order may be transfered to a third party for purposes of verification.

ARTICLE 4 : DELIVERY

Items will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the buyer when ordering.
The goods are shipped at the addressee's own risk. Delivery times depend on the postal service. Any late deliveries do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale or refuse the goods or to claim damages.
4.1 Delivery time: France
For France, parcels are shipped by express delivery and registered mail i.e. D+2 delivered against signature and reimbursement in case of loss, deterioration or spoliation.
From Monday to Friday (except for public holidays), all orders confirmed before 12 noon will be sent the same day, provided items are in stock. No shipping on Saturday. Shipping times are 2 to 4 working days.
4.2 Delivery time: Export
For foreign countries, parcels will be sent by first class registered mail. Delivery times vary from 4 to 20 business days depending on the country. These delivery times are given simply as a guide.
4.3 Delivery claims
In the case of a delivery delay viz à viz the date initially foreseen or in the case of damage caused during transport, the customer will have to forward in writing (letter, fax, or email) to WILDTSEER to allow WILDSTEER to carry out an inquiry with the carrier concerned.
Such an inquiry with the carrier can last up to 21 working days.
If during this time the product is recovered, it will immediately be forwarded to the delivery address provided on the order form.
If however the product is not recovered after the 21 day inquiry period, WILDTSEER will proceed at its own cost with a new shipment of the products ordered by the customer.
In the case of goods damaged during shipping the carrier will be held responsible. Any remarks when inspecting goods on delivery should be reported to the carrier using the delivery slip and any claims should be sent by registered mail to the carrier 48 hours after delivery.

ARTICLE 5: CLAIMS

To be taken into consideration all claims for mistaken articles or missing items ordered should be forwarded within ten days of reception of goods by registered mail addressed to WILDSTEER.

ARTICLE 6: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wildsteer is not obliged to deliver in any unavoidable circumstances. For example in the case of a total or partial strikes, particularly postal services and means of transport and/or of communication, floods, fires etc constitute such circumstances.
WILDSTEER cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage which may occur because of product purchases.
WILDSTEER cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or files. It is the buyers responsability to make any necessary back up copies.
The WILDSTEER site also contains information from third parties, and to other Internet sites. WILDSTEER can in no case be held responsible for damage resulting from the use, the access to, or the incapacity to use this third part information, or its content or the access to other Internet sites.

ARTICLE 7: WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

According to article L 121 -16 du Code de la consommation, buyers dispose of a forteen working day period from the date of reception.
In the case of a buyer exercising this right of withdrawal, WILDSTEER will refund the amount paid (not including shipping costs) provided the goods are returned to Wildsteer in perfect condition to be re-sold, unused and in their original state (packaging, accessories,instructions ...), postage paid.
All risks connected with product returns will be the buyer's responsability.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALISED KNIVES WHICH CAN NEVER BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

ARTICLE 8: PROPRIETARY TIME

Wildsteer retains full ownership of items sold until payment in full has been received , including all expenses and taxes.

ARTICLE 9: RISK'S TRANSFERT

All responsibility for risks is automatically transferred to the trustee /buyer on reception of goods.

ARTICLE 10: EXPORT

In the case of export sales , Wildsteer denies all responsibility in the case of non respect of local legislation of customs regulations .Custom duties and any other relevant taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.

ARTICLE 11: PRIVACY STATEMENT

All the confidential data provided by the buyer to Wildsteer in order to process his/her order are necessary for the handling of the order.
In accordance with law N° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning freedom of access to computer file information, the buyer disposes of a right over Wildsteer Customer Service to access, consult, modify, rectify or delete data concerning him/her.
